Press Secretary Jay Carney says “there’s no question” this administration has unprecedented transparency. “I’ve covered the previous two administrations,” he said, “and know a thing or two about ones before that. There has never been a more transparent administration.” For example, Carney lauded this administration being the first to make the “Workers and Visitors Entry System” public record. “That doesn’t mean it’s perfectly transparent,” he cautioned before slamming Fox News. “It creates headaches for us, and ridiculous stories on Fox News and elsewhere about, for example, saying Hillary Clinton was only in the White House five times, while Secretary so-and-so was there this many times.” First, is that the only act of “transparency” he can come up with? Secondly, no administration has created more headaches than this one because of their lack of transparency, cover ups and lies.
